When we fill out a dues revocation form, we are simply exercising our right to stop automatic payroll deduction of dues from our paychecks. We are NOT refusing to pay dues. SEIU could bill us, and anyone not paying through payroll deduction could then pay individually. Why should we make it easy for SEIU to get our money and use it against us?
