    Cottonwood Healthcare nursing home breaks with SEIU

    Workers at the Cottonwood Healthcare nursing home in Woodland voted this week to leave Service Employees International Union and join its two-year-old rival.

    The National Labor Relations Board completed the vote count Tuesday, with a final tally of 54 to 1 in favor of the National Union of Healthcare Workers.
